Form 05-175 print requirements
Refer to the following print requirements to print Form 05-175.
To calculate and print Texas form 05-175 Tiered Partnership Report:
- Before you begin, make sure all severe diagnostics are cleared.
- SelectOrganizer,States,Texas, thenGeneral Information.
- In theGeneral Informationsection, make sure theTotal Revenue adjusted for Tiered Partnership Electioncheckbox is marked.
- SelectOrganizer,States, thenTexas.
- Enter the followingTiered Partnershipdetails:
- Select 1 of the options forTier Information.
- Enter an amount forLower tier total revenue before election.
- Enter an amount forAmount of revenue being passed.
- Select an option forState of Formation.
- SelectTax forms,States,Texas, then05-158.
- Select05-158-B page 2.
- Make sure Line 30 has a tax rate.
If the form doesn’t print, check if it's suppressed:
- SelectOrganizer,States, thenCommon State.
- SelectPrint Suppressionand make sure the checkbox in theState Formscolumn is cleared forTexas.
