To generate and print Form BA-403, Vermont Application for Extension of Time to File Vermont/Corporate/Business Income Tax Returns:

Go to Organizer
, select States
and then Common State
folder.

Select General Information
folder and then Basic Return Information.

On Return Information
tab, checkbox for Vermont
row on Column O
.

Go to Organizer
, select States
and then Common State
folder.

Select Estimates and Extensions
folder, then Estimates and Extensions.

On Extension
tab, enter an Amount/NONE on Column C
for Vermont
row.

Do a full recompute and print the return.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
then Common State
folder.

Select Print Suppression
and make sure Extensions
column isn’t selected for Vermont
.
