Generate and print Form 765, Virginia Unified Nonresident Individual Income Tax Return (Composite Return).

To print and calculate Form 765, Virginia Unified Nonresident Individual Income Tax Return (Composite Return):

Go to Organizer
, Partner Information
, then Partner by Partner Data
.

Choose a Partner
, select Partner Name
, Partner Information
, then go to the State Partner Information
tab.

In the State Composite Returns
section, make sure Virginia
is marked.

On that same page, go to the Virginia
section.

Make sure the Partner is filing an individual unified nonresident return
option is marked.

Go to

Virginia
General Information
General Information

. Mark the Unified Nonresident return filed (Check for Form 765)
checkbox.

Do a full recompute, then print.
