Form 765 print requirements

To print and calculate Form 765, Virginia Unified Nonresident Individual Income Tax Return (Composite Return):

Go to Organizer
, Partner Information
, then Partner by Partner Data
.

Choose a Partner
, Partner Name
, select Partner Information
, then State Partner Information
tab.

Go to the State Composite Returns
section, make sure Virginia
is checked.

On that same page, scroll down and look for the state of Virginia section.

Make sure the Partner is filing an individual unified nonresident return
option is checked.

Do a full recompute, then print.
