Schedule K-1C print requirements
To calculate, print, or suppress 1065 West Virginia Schedule K-1C, Schedule of WV Partner/Shareholder/Member/Beneficiary Information for Corporations Subject to Corporate Income TaxConfirm Partner Type is a C-Corporation:
- Go to theOrganizer, then selectPartner Information.
- SelectPartner by Partner Data, then select a partner's name.
- SelectPartner Information, then thePartner Informationtab.
- In thePartner typesection, make sureType of Entityis a C-Corporation.
Make sure it isn’t suppressed in the
Common state
:- In theOrganizer, go toStates.
- SelectCommon State.
- SelectPrint Suppression.
- For theSchedule K-1/K-1 Equivcolumn, clear theWest Virginiacheckbox.
Make sure it isn’t suppressed in West Virginia:
- Go to theOrganizer, then selectStates.
- SelectWest Virginia, thenReturn Options.
- In thePrint Suppressionsection, clear theSchedule K-1 & K-1Ccheckbox.
