Form 8716 print requirements

To print Form 8716, Federal Election to have a Tax Year Other than a Required Tax Year:
  1. In
    Tax Forms
    , select
    Federal
    , then the
    8716 – Election to Have Other Tax Year
     folder.
  2. Make sure
    Line 3
    ,
    4
     or
    5
    has a value.
  3. Do a full recompute, then print the return.
