Form 8804 print requirements

To print Form 8804, Annual Return for Partnership Withholding Tax (Section 1446):

In the Tax Forms
, select IRC Sec 1446 Withholding Tax
, then the 8804
folder.

Go to the Page 2
tab.

Make sure Line 7
or Line 9
has an amount.

Do a full recompute, then print the return.

To force print the return:

In the Organizer
, select the Foreign Information
folder.

Select IRC sec 1446 Withholding Tax
, then the IRC Sec 1446 Information
folder.

In the Form 8804
section, select the Force print Form 8804
checkbox.

Do a full recompute, then print the return.

If the form still isn't printing, make sure it isn't suppressed:

In the Organizer
, select the Foreign Information
folder.

Select IRC sec 1446 Withholding Tax
, then the IRC Sec 1446 Information
folder.

In the Form 8804
section, make sure the Suppress printing Form 8804
checkbox isn't selected.

Do a full recompute, then print the return.
