Print Form 1122

You can print Form 1122 (Authorization and Consent of Subsidiary Corporation to be Included in a Consolidated Income Tax Return) from a consolidation return.
  1. Select
    Informational Forms
    ,
    Authorization to be included
    , then
    Parent Information
    .
  2. Select
    Print Form 1122
     for every member of the consolidation option. All information transfers automatically.
  3. If only selected companies require Form 1122, mark the option
    Print Form 1122 for this company only
     on the
    Subsidiary Information
     screen.
