Form 4255 print requirements

To print, calculate, Form 4255 - Certain Credit Recapture, Excessive Payments, and Penalties:
  1. In Organizer, select
    Credits
    , then
    4255 - Recapture Credit
    .
  2. Select
    Recapture Credit
    , then
    [name of credit]
    .
  3. Enter the data for the recapture credit.
