Form 7004 affiliated group members statement print requirements

You'll need to turn on the subsidiary transfer and/or the multi-tier member listing to populate the member list in tax forms. You'll also need to turn on the extension to print it.
Complete these steps to fix and print the Form 7004 affiliated group members statement:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Payments and Extension
    .
  2. Select
    Automatic Extensions
    7004 Basic Data
    .
  3. In the
    Federal Extension Options
     section, select a print option (any option except
    Do not print
    ).
  4. In the
    Automatic Transfer
     section, mark the
    Transfer the Subsidiary Listing from What to Consolidate
     checkbox.
  5. In the
    Use Multi-Tier Member Listing
     section, mark the
    Use Multi-Tier Member Listing
     checkbox, if needed.
  6. If you're using the multi-tier member listing, select
    Transfer Form 7004 Information
     to add the subsidiary information.
  7. Recompute and consolidate the return, then print.
tip
In a multi-tier consolidated group, the
Use Multi-Tier Member Listing
 option makes sure all affiliated members are included on the Form 7004 statement.
