Form 5471 print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form 5471: Information Return of US Persons with Respect to Certain Foreign Corporations:
Option #1:
  1. In Organizer, select
    General Information
    , then
    Basic Return Information
    .
  2. Select the
    Entity Information
     tab and go to the
    Return/Entity Type
     section.
  3. Make sure the entity type is not a
    Top Consolidation
     or
    Sub Consolidation
    .
Option #2:
  1. In Organizer, select Foreign Information.
  2. Select
    Foreign Corporation
    , then
    Foreign Corporation
    , then
    Return and Print Options for All 5471s
    .
  3. Clear the check box for
    Suppress all 5471s
    .
  4. Select
    [Corporation Name]
    , then
    Return and Print options
    .
  5. Go to the
    Suppress print
    section.
  6. Clear the check box for Form 5471 and any pages you want to print.
  7. If you want to print Pages 2-4 go to Print Options for this Foreign Corporation.
  8. Clear the check box for
    Foreign Corporation is a dormant CFC
    .
