Form 5471 print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form 5471: Information Return of US Persons with Respect to Certain Foreign Corporations:

Option #1:

In Organizer, select General Information
, then Basic Return Information
.

Select the Entity Information
tab and go to the Return/Entity Type
section.

Make sure the entity type is not a Top Consolidation
or Sub Consolidation
.

Option #2:

In Organizer, select Foreign Information.

Select
Foreign Corporation
, then Foreign Corporation
, then Return and Print Options for All 5471s
.

Clear the check box for Suppress all 5471s
.

Select [Corporation Name]
, then Return and Print options
.

Go to the Suppress print
section.

Clear the check box for Form 5471 and any pages you want to print.

If you want to print Pages 2-4 go to Print Options for this Foreign Corporation.

Clear the check box for Foreign Corporation is a dormant CFC
