Form 8975 print requirements

To print Form 8975, Country-by-Country Report:
  1. In
    Organizer
    , select
    Foreign Information
     then the
    Country-By-Country Reporting
     folder.
  2. Select
    Country-by-Country Report
    .
  3. Select
    Ultimate parent entity
     or
    Designated filer
     in the
    Reporting Role Code (Mandatory for print and e-file)
     section.
  4. In the
    Country-By-Country Reporting
     folder, select
    Tax Jurisdiction and Constituent Info
    .
  5. Make sure there are least 2 Schedule A forms and you've completed all the mandatory entries.
note
Use the organizer screens to determine what's required as it changes based on the country. The form is only valid in top consolidations and single company returns. It doesn't apply to 1120-Coop, 1120-F, 1120H, 1120RIC, or 1120DISC returns.
