Form 8975 print requirements
To print Form 8975, Country-by-Country Report:
- InOrganizer, selectForeign Informationthen theCountry-By-Country Reportingfolder.
- SelectCountry-by-Country Report.
- SelectUltimate parent entityorDesignated filerin theReporting Role Code (Mandatory for print and e-file)section.
- In theCountry-By-Country Reportingfolder, selectTax Jurisdiction and Constituent Info.
- Make sure there are least 2 Schedule A forms and you've completed all the mandatory entries.

Use the organizer screens to determine what's required as it changes based on the country. The form is only valid in top consolidations and single company returns. It doesn't apply to 1120-Coop, 1120-F, 1120H, 1120RIC, or 1120DISC returns.
