Form 966 print requirements
To print Form 966, Corporate Dissolution or Liquidation, there must be a value on line 4 or 8 (Common or Preferred).
If at least one of those lines have values, make sure the return type isn't a division. This from won't print for divisions. You should also make sure it isn't suppressed:
- InOrganizer, selectInformational FormsthenDissolution or Liquidation.
- SelectCorporate Dissolutionand make sureSuppress printing of Form 966isn't selected.
