Form 8878-A print requirements

Form 8878-A prints when it's activated with banking and signature information.

To print Form 8878-A, IRS e-file Electronic Funds Withdrawal Authorization for Form 7004:

Go to

Organizer
Federal E-file Extension

.

Select the Enable federal extension e-file
checkbox.

Go to

Tax Forms
Federal
7004 - Automatic Extension of Time

.

In Part 2 Line 8, enter a value. If nothing is required, enter NONE
.

Go to

Organizer
General Information
Bank Information
Extension tab

In the Direct Debit (Electronic Funds Withdraw)
section, mark the authorization checkbox.

Make sure the Date to be Debited
and Daytime Phone Number
are populated.

Go to

Organizer
Federal E-file
Signature Authorization

In the Signature Option
section make a selection.

Do a full recompute, then print.
