Review
the consolidation structure for each state
- Review the entire consolidation structure for the unitary group or state consolidation on theWhat to Consolidatescreen. Verify that each member has the correct entity type before you consolidate; this prevents problems on consolidation.
- Review the entity type for each company. SelectTax Forms, thenStates, thenSelected Options, thenReturn type. For unitary state return purposes, there is no look-through print (except for California). If subconsolidations are listed in the member listing, this means the system will not print detail in the subconsolidations.
