as the Entity Type

Make sure you've selected 1120
as the Return Type
in Column D
of Row 4
for Alabama
.

Do a full recompute, then print the return.

If the form isn’t printing, make sure it's not suppressed:

Make sure the checkbox for Financial Return
in Column F
of Row 4

isn't marked.
