Form BIT-V print requirements

To print the Alabama extension and filing instructions for Form BIT-V, follow these steps.

Go to Organizer
, Letters and Filing Instructions
, then General Options
.

Go to the section for Select Which Letters You Wish to Print (MANDATORY)
.

Select the option Prints the Filing Instructions
.

Go to Organizer and select

States
State and City Activation
State and City Activation

.

In the States
tab:

Select the row for Alabama
.

Select the Column B State Activation
field to generate Alabama.

In Organizer, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Estimates and Extensions
and then Estimates and Extensions
again.

In the Extension
tab, select Column B On Extension
.

Select Alabama
to turn on its extension.

Populate Column C Tentative Tax on Extension Form
with a value so the Instructions will print.

Do a Full Recompute
and create the Alabama Print when finished.
