Taxpayers with a tax due of $100 or less are not required to file Alabama Privilege Tax Form CPT or PPT. When the tax due is $100 or less, any associated forms will not print or be eligible for e-filing. However, Form CPT or PPT will still print if a refund is requested, even if the tax due is $100 or less.
Limited Liability Entities taxed as Corporations for federal income tax purposes file Form CPT. S-corporations, limited liability entities, and disregarded entities file Form PPT. The program uses the
Return type
in to determine what form to print.
To indicate a different type of entity for purposes of filing Form PPT or CPT, do the following.

If all required information is entered in the return, but Form CPT or PPT isn't printing, make sure it isn't suppressed:
