To print, calculate, or suppress Form PPT, Alabama Business Privilege Tax Return and Annual Report for Pass-Through Entities:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    States
    ,
    Alabama
     folder.
  2. Select
    Return Options
    . Go to
    Print Suppression
     section, Line Business privilege tax return - CPT, PPT, BPT-IN must be unselected.
  3. Go to
    Privilege Tax
     folder.
  4. Select
    General Information
    , then go to
    Type of Taxpayer
     (Select only one) section Form PPT column choose Disregarded Entity.
  5. Go to
    Tax Forms
    ,
    States
    ,
    Alabama
    ,
    Alabama Privilege Tax
     folder.
  6. Select
    PPT - Privilege Tax Return
    , go to
    page 2
    , Line 19 must be greater than $100 or a refund must be requested on Page 1 Line 12.
  7. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    States
    ,
    Alabama
    ,
    Privilege Tax
    Folder.
  8. Select
    Tax Computation
    , then go to
    Initial Return Calculation Information (BPT-IN)
     section, line Initial Business Privilege Tax Return must be unchecked.
  9. Do a full recompute and refresh the print.
