Form 204 print requirements
To print, calculate, or suppress Arizona Form 204, Application for Filing Extension:
- Go to .
- In theRETURN / ENTITY TYPEsection, select1120S - S Corporationfrom theReturn typedropdown.
- Do a full recompute and generate the print again.
If the form won't print, make sure it isn't suppressed:
- Go to . SelectForm 204, Ext for 140NR.
- In theApplication for filing extensionsection, clear theSuppress print of Form 204checkbox.
- Go to . Select204, Ext for 140NR.
- Complete the fields forType of Extension.
- Do a full recompute and generate the print again.
