Form 204 print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Arizona Form 204, Application for Filing Extension:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    General Information
    Basic Return Information
    .
  2. In the
    RETURN / ENTITY TYPE
     section, select
    1120S - S Corporation
     from the
    Return type
     dropdown.
  3. Do a full recompute and generate the print again.
If the form won't print, make sure it isn't suppressed:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Arizona
    Composite Return
    . Select
    Form 204, Ext for 140NR
    .
  2. In the
    Application for filing extension
     section, clear the
    Suppress print of Form 204
     checkbox.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Arizona
    Composite Return
    . Select
    204, Ext for 140NR
    .
  4. Complete the fields for
    Type of Extension
    .
  5. Do a full recompute and generate the print again.
