To print, calculate, or suppress Arizona Form 51, Consolidated or Combined Return Affiliation Schedule:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    General Information
    Basic Return Information
    Entity Information
     tab.
  2. For Return/Entity type, select
    1120 – U.S Corporation
     from the
    Return type
     dropdown.
  3. If a Top consolidation, go to
    Organizer
    General Information
    Basic Return Information
    Entity Information
     tab.
  4. For Entity type, select
    Top consolidation
     from the dropdown.
  5. Go to
    Tax Forms
    States
    Arizona
    Combined Information
    51 – Affiliated Schedule
    51
    .
  6. Enter the taxpayer name in the
    Arizona Form 51 Name
     section.
  7. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Arizona
    Combined Return Information
    Affiliations Information
    Affil Sch Parent
     tab.
  8. For
    Indicate which section(s) of this form you are completing
    , select an option other than
    None selected
    .
  9. Complete either
    Affil Sec I
    ,
    Affil Sec II
    , or
    Sec Affil Sect III
    .
  10. Do a full recompute and generate the print.
