  1. Go to the folder
    Organizer
    ,
    General Information
    ,
    Basic Return Information
    .
  2. Go to the
    Return / Entity Type
     section.
  3. On the line for Entity type, make sure this isn't
    Top Consolidation
     or
    Sub-Consolidation
    .
