- Go to theSch B - Unreasonable Exceptionsection.
- Answer one of the following two questions as ayes:
- Has the taxpayer received written confirmation from the commissioner?
- Can a taxpayer establish by clear and convincing evidence that the add back of interest paid, accrued, or incurred to a related member is unreasonable?
