To print, calculate, or suppress Form D-2220, District of Columbia Underpayment of Estimated Franchise Tax By Businesses:

In Organizer, select States
, then District of Columbia
.

Select Underpayment options
and select D-2220 attached
.

Find the section Option to Compute and Print Underpayment Penalty.

Select Add penalty to tax and print form, if required or a penalty is due (Default)
option.

Do a Full Recompute
and print the return.
