Combined Reporting Schedule 1B print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress District of Columbia Combined Reporting Schedule 1B:
  1. In Organizer, select
    States
    , then
    State and City Activation/Consolidation
    .
  2. Select
    State and City Activation/Consolidation
    , then in the Entity Type column, select
    District of Columbia
    .
  3. In the Entity Type column, select
    Top consolidation
     or
    Sub consolidation
    .
  4. Do a
    Full Recompute
    .
  5. In Organizer, select
    Consolidated Returns
    , then
    What to Consolidate
    .
  6. In the Subsidiaries and Divisions Only section make sure all the details are entered.
  7. Do a
    Full Recompute
    .
  8. In Organizer, select
    States
    , then
    District of Columbia
    .
  9. Select
    Combined Return Information
    , then select
    Each member of the group contributes to the combined unitary income.
  10. Right-click and select
    Subview
     to confirm each member is selected.
  11. Do a
    Full recompute
    . Reconsolidate and recreate the e-file.
  12. In Organizer, select
    States
    , then
    District of Columbia
    .
  13. Select
    State Adjustments
    , then clear the data for
    Schedule B-Dividends
    .
  14. Do a
    Full Recompute
     and refresh the print.
    note
    These schedules will only print for combined returns and not for single entities. This could need to be a consolidated locator for these to print.
