Form CR PV print requirements

To print Form CR-PV, Georgia Composite Return Payment Voucher:
  1. Make sure the correct return type is selected:
    1. In the
      Organizer
      , select
      General Information
      , then
      Basic Return Information
      .
    2. Select the
      Entity Information
       tab.
    3. Go to the
      Return / Entity Type
       section.
    4. Make sure the
      Return type
       selection is
      1120S – S Corporation
      .
  2. Make sure there is at least 1 shareholder electing to file the composite return:
    1. In the
      Organizer
      , select
      Shareholder Information
      , then
      Shareholder Data
      .
    2. Select
      Shareholder Information
      , the shareholder name, then select
      State Shareholders Information
      .
    3. Go to the
      State Composite Returns
       section.
    4. Make sure the
      Georgia
       checkbox is marked.
  3. Make sure there's an amount in at least 1 of the following 2 locations:
    1. Form IT-CR:
      1. In
        Tax Forms
        , select
        States
         then
        Georgia
        .
      2. Select
        IT-CR
        , then the
        IT CR Page 2
         tab.
      3. Make sure there's an amount or
        NONE
         in
        line 7f
        .
    2. Form CR-PV:
      1. In the
        Organizer
        , select
        States
        , then
        Georgia
        .
      2. Select
        Composite Return
        , then
        Composite Return
        .
      3. Go to the
        Composite Return Payment Voucher
         section.
      4. Make sure there's an amount or
        NONE
         in the
        Amount Due
         field.
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form isn't printing, make sure it isn't suppressed:
  1. In the
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    , then
    Georgia
    .
  2. Select
    Return Options
    .
  3. Go to the
    Print Suppression
     section.
  4. Make sure the
    Corporate Return
     checkbox is cleared.
  5. Go to the
    S Corporation Forms
     subsection.
  6. Make sure the
    Composite Payment Voucher CR-PV
     checkbox is cleared.
  7. Do a full recompute, then print.
