To print the Georgia S Corporation Return Schedule of Distribution and Income:
- Make sure the correct return type is selected:
- In theOrganizer, selectGeneral Information, thenBasic Return Information.
- Select theEntity Informationtab.
- Go to theReturn / Entity Typesection.
- Make sure theReturn typeselection is1120S – S Corporation.
- Make sure there is at least 1 shareholder:
- In theOrganizer, selectShareholder Information, thenShareholder Data.
- SelectShareholder Information.
- If there are no shareholder names listed, selectAdd new Shareholder Information.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
If the schedule isn't printing, make sure it isn't suppressed:
- In theOrganizer, selectStates, thenGeorgia.
- SelectReturn Options.
- Go to thePrint Suppressionsection.
- Make sure theCorporate Returncheckbox is cleared.
- Go to theS Corporation Formssubsection.
- Make sure theDistribution of Incomecheckbox is cleared.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
