To print Form N-201V, Hawaii Business Income Tax Payment Voucher:

Go to Organizer
, select States
, then State and City Activation.

Select State and City Activation
.

Ensure you haven’t marked the checkbox on Row 16 Column F
for Financial Return
.

If this isn't a financial return, make sure you clear the checkbox for Financial Return
.

Go to Tax Forms
, select State
, then Hawaii
.

Open Form N-201V
.

Make sure you have a value greater than zero on the Amount of Payment
line.

Do a full recompute, then print.
