Form N-309 print requirements
To print, calculate, or suppress 1120 Hawaii Form N-30 Form N-309 Corporation Application for Tentative Refund from Carryback of Net Operating Loss (NOL):
Make sure that the financial return F-1 is not selected.
- Go to theOrganizer, then theStatesfolder.
- SelectState and City Activation.
- InColumn F, Financial Return, clear the checkbox forHawaii.
An amount must be populated on Form N-309 Tentative Refund.
- Go toTax Forms, then theStatesfolder.
- SelectHawaii, thenN-309 Tentative Refund.
- ForN-309 Line 1, theAmount $field must contain an amount.
- ForLine 11, column a or column c must contain an amount.
