To print, calculate, or suppress 1120 Hawaii Form N-35, Schedule NS Hawaii S Corporation Agreement of Nonresident Shareholder:

The return type must be S Corporation.

Go to the Organizer
, then Basic Return Information
.

Go to the Return / Entity Type
section.

Make sure the Return type
is S Corporation
.

At least 1 Shareholder must exist.

Go to the Organizer
, then Shareholder Information
folder.

Select Shareholder Data
, then Shareholder Information
.

Select Add new Shareholder Information
to add a shareholder if there isn't one.

Make sure that the financial return F-1 is not selected.

Go to the Organizer
, then the States
folder.

Select State and City Activation
.

In Column F, Financial Return
, clear the checkbox for Hawaii
.

Mark the checkbox to print Schedule NS.

Go to the Organizer
, then the States
folder.

Select Hawaii
, then Shareholder Information
.

Select the shareholder’s name and then Shareholder Information
.

In the SCHEDULE NS
section, mark the Print Schedule NS
checkbox.
