Then select Amended return
and select the box Activate Form IL-1120-ST-X
.

Then go to Tax Forms
, States
and select Illinois
.

Then select Payment Vouchers
and then select IL-1120-ST-X-V
.

Make sure an amount greater than 0 is on the payment line.
