and select Basic Return Information

Then go to the section Return / Entity type
and for the Return Type, select 1120 – U.S. Corporation
.

Then go to Tax Forms
, States
and select Illinois
.

Then select Payment Vouchers
and then select IL-1120-V
.

Make sure an amount greater than 0 is present on the payment line.

Then go to Organizer
, States
and select Common State
.

Then select General Information
and then select Bank Information
.

Then go to the Direct Debit tab
, and make sure that in Column E, Tax Payment/Refund Method Check is selected.

Then go to Organizer
, States
and select Illinois
.

Then select Amended Return
.

Make sure the box Activate Form IL-1120-X
is not selected.
