Form FT-ES print requirements

To print, calculate, Indiana Form FT-ES, Indiana Financial Institution Tax Return Estimated Quarterly Payment:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Common State
folder.

Select the Estimates and Extensions
folder, and select Estimates and Extensions
on the Extension tab.

Select Indiana
, enter the date
and amount
for Column D
and Column E
.

Do a full recompute and print the return.

If the form isn’t printing, make sure it isn’t suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Common State
.

Select the Print Options
folder, then Print Suppression
.

In the Suppression AL-ME
tab, make sure all columns aren't selected for Indiana
.

Do a full recompute and print the return.
