Form FT-EXT print requirements

To print, calculate, Indiana Form FT-EXT:

In Organizer
, select States
, then the Common State
folder.

Select the Estimates and Extensions
folder, and select Estimates and Extensions
on the Extension tab

Select Indiana
in Column B
. Check the checkbox and enter the date
and amount
for Column D
and Column E
.

Do a full recompute and print the return.

If the form isn’t printing, make sure it isn’t suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Options
folder, then Print Suppression
.

In Suppression AL-ME
tab, make sure all columns are not selected for Indiana
.

Do a full recompute and print the return.
