Form 228-S EXT print requirements
To print, calculate, or suppress Form 228-S EXT, Net Profit Extension Request:
- Go to .
- SelectExtension Information, then go to theFayette County Net Profit Extension Requestsection. Mark theReturn is on extensioncheckbox and enter the amount inLine Estimated Payment.
If the form still doesn't print, make sure it isn't suppressed:
- Go to .
- SelectPrint Suppression, then go to theSuppression KY Citiestab. In theLexingtonrow, clear the checkbox inColumn Ext.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
