Form 8948(K-C) print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form 8948(K-C), Request for Waiver of Electronic Filing Requirement:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Kentucky
    E-file
    .
  2. Select
    Additional Information
    , then go to the
    Kentucky Efile Waiver Information
     section. Mark
    Check the box to populate Kentucky Form 8948(K-C) Request for e-File Waiver
    .
  3. Do a full recompute, then print.
