Verify that Letters and filing instructions
are not suppressed.

In Organizer, select Letters and Filing Instructions
, then General Options
.

In the section Select which letters you want to print (mandatory), select an option other than Suppress All Letters (Default
).

Do a full recompute and refresh the print.
