Form 500DM print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form 500DM, Maryland Decoupling Modification:

In Organizer, select States
, then Maryland
, then Return options
.

In the section Force Print, select Form 500DM
.

For the form to print automatically, go to Tax Forms, then States
, then Maryland
.

Select 500DM-Decoupling Modifications
.

An amount has to be present in Column 3 and line 6 or line 7. You can enter specific decoupling amounts for this to generate.

In Organizer, select States
, then Maryland
.

Select State adjustments
, then Decoupling Modifications
.

Enter the amounts that will show on the tax form.
