To print, calculate, or suppress Form 510-E, Maryland Application for Extension to File Pass-Through Entity Income Tax Return:

The federal return type for this form needs to be an 1120-S corporation and the extension needs to be enabled.

In Organizer, select General information
, then Basic Return Information
.

Find section Return / Entity type and select the return type 1120S - S Corporation
.

In Organizer, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Estimated and Extensions
, then Estimates and Extensions
.

Select the field in column B for Extension for Maryland
and enter an amount in column C Tentative tax on extension form
.

In Organizer, select States
, then Common State
and clear the Form 510-E
checkbox.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

Select the tab Suppression AL-ME
and clear the Ext
checkbox.
