Combined Form AFF print requirements

To print Form AFF, Affiliations for Combined Returns:
  1. In the
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    then
    State and City Activation/Consolidation
    .
  2. On Column C, select
    Combine
     on the Minnesota Row.
  3. Go to
    Common State
    ,
    Print Options
    , then select
    Print Suppression
    .
  4. Select the
    Suppression MD-RI
     tab.
  5. In the State Forms column, make sure the
    Minnesota
     checkbox isn't marked.
  6. In the
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    then
    Minnesota
    .
  7. Select
    Combined Return information
    .
  8. On the member return, make sure the
    If you do not want this locator to be on Schedule AFF on a combined return please check this box
     isn't selected.
  9. Do a full recompute, then print the return.
