Combined Form M4A print requirements

To print Form M4A, Apportionment, Fee Calculation:

In the Organizer
, select States
then State and City Activation/Consolidation
.

On Column C, select Combine
on the Minnesota Row.

Go to Common State
, Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

Select the Suppression MD-RI
tab.

In the State Forms column, make sure the Minnesota
checkbox isn't selected.

Go to Tax Forms
, States
, then Minnesota
.

Select Combined Report
then M4A Appr/Fee Calculation
.

Select M4A detail
then M4A App/Fee Detail
.

Make sure there's an amount on Line 9
or Line 12
.

Do a full recompute, then print the return.
