Form M4T print requirements

To print and calculate Form M4T-Tax Calculation, Minnesota 2024 M4T, Tax Calculation:
  1. Make sure the form is NOT suppressed in
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    .
  2. Go to
    Print Options
    Print Suppression
    Suppression MD-RI
     tab.
  3. In the
    State Forms
     column, make sure the
    Minnesota
     checkbox is cleared.
  4. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    State and City Activation/Consolidation
    State and City Activation/Consolidation
    .
  5. On the
    States
     tab, make sure
    Minnesota
     has
    Combine
     selected in
    Column C State Activation/Consolidation
    .
