Form KS print requirements

To calculate and print Schedule KS, Minnesota Shareholder’s Share of Income, Credits and Modifications, the shareholder number must be present under:

Go to Organizer
, Shareholder Information
, then
Shareholder Data
.

Select Shareholder Informat
ion
, then the shareholder’s name.

In the Shareholder Information
section, make sure there is data in the
Shareholder number (Mandatory)
field.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form still isn’t printing, make sure it isn’t suppressed:

Go to Organizer
, States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

On the Suppression MD-RI
tab, on the Minnesota line, make sure the State Forms
checkbox is cleared.

Do a full recompute, then print.

Or,

Go to Organizer
, States
, Minnesota
, then Special Allocations
.

Select the shareholder’s name and make sure the Suppress the print of Schedule M-KS
checkbox is cleared.

Do a full recompute, then print.
