Form 84-131 print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form 84-131, Mississippi Schedule K Pass-Through Entity:
  1. Go to the
    Organizer
    ,
    General Information
    ,
    Basic Return
     Information folder.
  2. Go to the
    Entity Information
     tab.
  3. Go to the
    Return/Entity Type
     section.
  4. On the Return type line, make sure you select
    1120S - S Corporation
    .
  5. Go to the
    Organizer
    ,
    Shareholder Information
    ,
    Shareholder Data
     folder.
  6. Go to the
    Shareholder Information
    ,
    Shareholder Information
     folder.
  7. Go to the
    Ownership Percentage
     section.
  8. Either Beginning number of shares or Ownership percentage for the tax year must be populated.
  9. Go to the
    Organizer
    ,
    States
    ,
    Common State
     folder.
  10. Go to the
    Print Options
    ,
    Print Suppression
     folder.
  11. Go to the
    Suppression MD-RI
     tab.
  12. In the State Forms column, make sure Mississippi isn't marked.
  13. Do a full recompute and generate the print.
