- Make sure the form is activated:

- Make sure thePT-AGR is signed (Override)orPT-AGR is revokedcheckbox is marked.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form isn't printing, make sure it isn't suppressed:

- SelectPrint Options,Print Suppression, then theSuppression MD-RItab.
- In the row forMontana, make sure the checkbox in theState Formscolumn is cleared.
