Form 1120SN Schedule II print requirement

To calculate and print Form 1120-SN Schedule II, Colorado Shareholder’s Share of Nebraska Income, the return must be an S Corporation.

If the form doesn't print, make sure it isn’t suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

On the Suppression MD-RI
tab, make sure Nebraska
is cleared in the State Forms
column.

Do a full recompute, then print.
