Form 312 print requirements
To print form 312, New Jersey Corporation Business Tax Effluent Equipment Tax Credit:
- Go toTax Forms,States,New Jersey, and open theCalendar Year Returnfolder.
- Expand theCreditsfolder and selectForm 312.
- InPart I, ensure any ofQuestions 1through3are answeredYES.
If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:
- Go toOrganizer,States,New Jersey, and selectReturn Options.
- In thePRINT SUPPRESSIONsection, make sure the checkbox forForm 312is cleared.
