, and open the Calendar Year Return
folder.

Expand the Credits
folder and select Form 316
.

In Part I
, ensure questions 1 through 4 are answered YES
.

Ensure the value is greater than 0 on Page 1, Part III, Line 11
.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

Go to the

Organizer
States
New Jersey

, and select Return Options
.

In the Print Suppression section, make sure the checkbox for Form 316
is cleared.
