Go to

Tax Forms

, and open the Calendar Year Return
folder.

Expand the Credits
folder and select Form 318
.

In Part I
, ensure questions 1 and/or 2 are answered YES
.

Ensure there is a value greater than 0 on Page 1, Part III, Line 11
.

If the form doesn’t print, check if it's suppressed:

, and select Return Options
.

In the Print Suppression, make sure the checkbox for Form 318
is cleared.
