, and open the Calendar Year Return
folder.

Expand the Credits
folder and select Form 322
.

In Part I
, ensure Questions 1
and/or 2
are answered YES
.

Ensure the value is greater than 0 on Page 1 Part III Line 10
.

If the form doesn’t print, check if it's suppressed:

Go to

Organizer
States
New Jersey

, and select Return Options
.

In the Print Suppression section, make sure the checkbox for Form 322
is cleared.
